On 15th April 2014 at the Marek Edelman Center for Dialogue a pre-premiere of monodrama about Jan Karski by Sebastian Ryś will take place.

Jan Karski (Real surname Kozielewski) was born on 24th April 1914 in Łódź. He was an Honoured Citizen of Łódź, decorated with the Order of the White Eagle, the Righteous among the Nations and posthumously in 2012 the Presidential Medal of Freedom – the highest civilian award of the United States. The year 2014 was announced the Year of Jan Karski by the Sejm of RP.

On 10th April 2014 at 6 p.m. we would like to invite you to the  Marek Edelman Center for Dialogue for another lecture in the ENCYCLOPAEDIA OF THE GHETTO cycle.

On 7th April 2014 at 6 p.m. at the Marek Edelman Center for Dialogue we will screen “Papusza” – the newest film by Joanna Kos – Krauze and Krzysztof Krauze.
