On the 29th of December 2016, together with the CUKUNFT Jewish Association, we invite you to the lighting of candles, as part of Chanukah, the Festival of Lights.

The meeting will include lighting the sixth candle for Chanukah and a lecture by Aleksandra Wilczura and Jan Kirschenbaum from the Cukunft Jewish Association. Then we invite you to a concert of Yankel Band “Chanukowe muzyczne klezmerowanie” (“Chanukah klezmering”) and a special Chanukah treat. Admission free.

From November 18th  till 20th, we would like to invite you to the Central Museum of Textiles to participate in the meeting organized by us during the Interesting Book Exhibition. We will tell you about the REPORT 2016: THE RIGHTEOUS project, about literature in the Lodz Ghetto and about Chava Rosenfarb.
You will find the stand of the Marek Edelman Dialogue Center on the first floor in Building D.

From November 15th till 18th, we would like to invite you to the screenings of films under the RAPORT 2016: THE RIGHTEOUS project. The programme includes screenings of the following films: W ciemności (In Darkness) by Agnieszka Holland, Dzieci Ireny Sendlerowej (The Courageous Heart of Irena Sendler), Jan Karski i Władcy Ludzkości (Jan Karski and the Lords of Humanity), Sprawiedliwi (The Righteous Ones) from 1968, Rodzina Ulmów (The Ulma Family) and Sprawiedliwy (The Righteous) from 2016.
